Wash Dry Fold

  • Nope, there is no need to worry about sorting your clothes by color before you drop them off. We'll handle all the sorting for you to make sure your clothes get the care they need.

  • Nope, you don't need to weigh your bag. Just bring it in, and we'll take care of everything, including the weighing.

  • We use high-quality detergent and fabric softeners to ensure your clothes come out fresh and soft after each wash. Our products are gentle yet effective, providing the best care for your garments. If you have any specific preferences or concerns, please let us know.

  • Yes, absolutely! If you have a preferred detergent or fabric softener that you'd like us to use for your laundry, select our premium option and drop it off.

  • If you have a stained item, simply inform us when you drop off your laundry. We'll make sure to give it the extra attention it needs to come out clean and fresh!

  • We fold just like department stores. That way your items will take up less space and neatly fit back into your drawers.

  • In the extremely rare occurence that an item goes missing, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your laundry. For us to process a claim, you'll need to provide the delivery ticket and a proof of purchase or receipt for the missing item.

  • Yes, there are a few items we recommend not washing or dry cleaning due to their delicate nature or specific care requirements. These include:

    * Items with embellishments such as sequins, beads, or delicate lace that might be damaged during the cleaning process.

    * Leather and suede garments, as they require specialized cleaning methods.

    * Rubber-backed mats or rugs, which can deteriorate in the wash.

    * Extremely delicate fabrics like silk or cashmere, which may have specific care instructions.

    * Electronic items or garments with electronic components, like light-up sweaters.

  • You can pay with cash or card when you collect your freshly cleaned laundry.

Dry Cleaning

  • Dry cleaning uses solvents to clean clothes, suitable for delicate fabrics. It's great for delicate fabrics or garments that may shrink or lose shape in water. Laundering, or washing, uses water and detergent, suitable for everyday clothing.

  • Yes, you can typically dry clean clothes that have been tailored. However, it's always best to check the care label on the garment or consult with your tailor for specific instructions, as some tailored items may have special considerations or materials that require specific care.

  • We do out best to remove stains, but some stains may be more challenging to remove depending on the type of stain, the fabric, and how long the stain has been set. We'll do our absolute best to treat and minimize the appearance of stains on your garments.

  • Of course! The plastic is there to help protect your garments from dust and moisture until they’re ready to wear.

Pickup and Delivery

  • Get started with our pickup and delivery service by clicking 'Schedule Pickup'. Our checkout process guides you through:

    1. Enter your phone number, address, and bag count. Choose 'Regular' or 'Premium' if prompted.

    2. We collect your items the next day after you have packed your laundry bag.

    3. We clean and return your fresh, folded laundry to your doorstep.

  • Our minimum order is 20 pounds. If you bring in a smaller load that is under our minimum order, it will be entered into our system as 20 pounds.

  • In most cases, we provide a 24 hour turnaround. This means you can place your order in the morning for same-day pickup. Your laundry will then be freshly cleaned and delivered to your doorstep by the next day. For further details, please check here.
